Perched high above the village, the luxurious Boutique Hotel Bergwiesenglück boasts a number of chalets and suites – as well as this restaurant. The flavoursome dishes are pleasingly down-to-earth with influences from the region, the Mediterranean and beyond. The inviting modern space is done out in warm tones. Examples from the menu include frothy Alpine cheese soup with chamois ham, garganelli alle vongole, and the classic Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake).
