Originally the home of an industrialist, this smart 19C villa is the perfect backdrop for the delicious cuisine of chef-patron Ulrich Heldmann. Diners choose from a varied seasonal menu and à la carte dishes based on fresh produce – and the "Menu Surprise" Wed-Thu. The setting is truly lovely, with its high ceilings, elegant hardwood floors and refined table settings; in summer, tables on the terrace are of course particularly coveted. And then there is the experienced, attentive and pleasingly laid-back service provided by a team under the management of hostess Petra Heldmann. The restaurant is also open for lunch Wed-Fri.
