To the north of San Teodoro, within the Baglioni Resort, the restaurant offers a Mediterranean-inspired cuisine that strikes a balance between more classical references and contemporary accents. On the one hand, dishes such as the lobster salad with sweet-and-sour vegetables and yellow cherry tomato gazpacho, or the hearty pan-fried shellfish dish; on the other, more modern creations such as the dessert ‘Black Forest’ with cherries in wine, cardamom shortcrust pastry and hazelnut ice cream. The menu is rounded off with a vegetarian tasting menu, designed to showcase the seasonality and freshness of the ingredients.
