Almost hidden at the end of the quiet Jorge Juan alley, full of luxury boutiques, there is a restaurant with an intimate atmosphere that feels free and claims to work without borders! The experienced chefs at the helm, Javi Cobo and Emiliano Celli (one from Madrid and the other from Rome), have forged a proposal that combines Spanish and Italian culinary tradition with coherence, creativity and technique, focusing on the best products and avoiding the excess. Within its relatively confined menu, you will find dishes such as the ‘Javi’ tripe stew with roe deer sausage, the Urta reposada (warm spinach and espelette gazpacho) or its Crème brûlée ice cream, hazelnut and corn.
