Located next to the Plaza de Alonso Martínez, this restaurant brings its Basque-French signature cuisine to the Spanish capital! The elegant restaurant, which in a way revives the aesthetic classicism (the murals of the Bilbao artist Ignacio Goitia stand out), features chef Mikel Goikolea behind the stove, a man who treasures the experience of having worked in the kitchens of the three-starred Azurmendi. The proposal, with some off-menu options that are ‘sung’ at the table, brings these northern flavours to our palates and invites us to let ourselves go. Many of the products used here come from small, reliable producers!
