This stylishly designed restaurant in the boutique hotel of the same name does justice to this backdrop with its floor-to-ceiling front windows – and a wonderful terrace with a stunning view! Drawing on regional and international influences, the dishes can be accompanied by a tipple from the 320-year-old wine cellar containing some 600 wines, over 200 of which are available by the glass.
