Whether or not you are staying at the delightful Ganter Hotel Mohren, the restaurant is an inviting culinary destination. The menu is inspired by regional and seasonal produce and includes delicious dishes such as "roast beef with onions, red wine jus, Reichenau mixed vegetables, pan-fried Swabian egg noodles and fried onions" and "marinated white and green asparagus, mixed salad and baked egg". In addition to the mouthwatering à la carte selection, there is the "Schmackofatz" set menu (three or four courses). Service is cordial, the interior is contemporary; the charming guestrooms are distributed across the historical main building and the new wing.
