Situated at the foot of Zadar’s historic city walls, directly opposite the small harbour, the restaurant celebrates the produce of the sea through classic recipes reinterpreted in a modern key. Among the dishes we most appreciated for their simplicity and accomplished execution, the grilled turbot fillet stands out, served with savoy cabbage, cauliflower cream and potato croquettes. To accompany the meal, we found an interesting curated wine list: the selection is not extensive, but it is thoughtful and focused on Croatian and Dalmatian producers, without entirely forgoing a number of Italian and French labels.
