Experienced chef Matt Healy returned to his hometown of Horsforth to open this rustic bistro and wine bar. His appealing menu offers a range of dishes that are ideal for sharing and showcase a range of Mediterranean influences, from "Maisie's Catalan Bread" to pork fillet with Pedro Ximénez. If you get a chance to try the standout chorizo cooked in Breton cider, make sure you take it. Well-chosen wines, craft beers and cocktails are on hand to accompany the food. The same team run a sister operation of the same name in nearby Ilkley.
