This restaurant, close to the Bernabéu stadium, is run by two young chefs with a great desire to perform (Néstor López and Carlos Monge, who alternate between the stove and the dining room). The proposal, with a notable traditional character, is not exempt from modern touches and embraces the national recipe book from end to end, both in terms of product and flavour. The most outstanding dishes? We were pleasantly surprised by the sea bass ‘titan’ and silky smoke, where textures are played with, and a trompe l'oeil, the Magnum castizo de madroños and pacharán for dessert.
