In the historic centre of Castelfranco Veneto, while the courtyard is period, the restaurant’s style is inspired by a contemporary, intimate and elegant minimalism, with the dining room on the first floor featuring original wooden beams. Nicola Dinato’s cuisine is showcased through two tasting menus, Anima and Corpo. The first offers a selection of the chef’s new dishes, reflecting his continually evolving spirit… The second, on the other hand, draws on classic signature dishes (the scampi risotto alla busara is not to be missed). As well as an interesting selection of French wines, the wine list also impresses with some Italian gems, such as the 1999 Brunello di Montalcino from Case Basse Soldera.
