Chefs Mario Amat and Carlos Tomás are committed to a Mediterranean market cuisine, not devoid of modern touches, with a choice of preserves, salted meats, tapas... as well as signature sandwiches and updated dishes. What should you order? Two of the biggest hits are the Donut Brava and its original Bocata de calamares, completely different from the typical version.
