Do you fancy authentic Almadraba bluefin tuna? This is the best option, as the Madrid branch of the legendary El Campero, in Barbate, has been installed inside a magnificent restored mansion in the Salamanca district, with a beautiful outdoor garden, spacious rooms and an elegant aesthetic, in sandy tones, which is not exempt from contemporary marine winks to remind us of the parent establishment in Cádiz. The menu is a great homage to the Almadraba wild bluefin tuna, so it presents all its cuts and techniques, from the most humble to the noblest and tastiest. Recommendations? Try the tuna and truffle tosta or the tuna platter, where they offer a good selection of these different cuts (tartare, tataki, ventresca, and more).
