Dating back to the 13th century, this rural manor sits just outside the Cotswolds on a 300-acre working farm. The original house and various outbuildings have been converted into a stylish boutique hotel and, as all great country houses should, Eckington Manor has a restaurant befitting of its setting too. The friendly team run it with pride, serving attractive modern dishes that burst with flavour and showcase the natural flavours of high-quality ingredients. If you're looking to get hands on, there's an on-site cookery school as well.
