A long-established restaurant, active since 1985, that continues to win over the palate with a cuisine inspired by Sicilian tradition, reinterpreted with a modern and personal touch by chef-patron Giovanni Guarnieri. In the heart of Ortigia, steps from the Metropolitan Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the surroundings express an equally timeless elegance: fifteenth-century tufa stone walls, period wooden furnishings and evocative wrought-iron candelabras contribute to a warm and refined atmosphere. Our Inspector recommends saving room at the end of the meal for their excellent desserts.
