The family tradition dates back to 1904, and Philipp Diergardt now represents the fourth generation at the helm. His cooking follows the seasons and also incorporates regional produce in a menu that is both appealing and varied. Choose between a reasonably priced set menu and à la carte dishes, including classics such as bouillabaisse and Wiener schnitzel. There are also dishes for two or more, such as a double entrecôte of Greater Omaha Beef carved at the table, as well as changing seasonal recommendations.
