At an elevation of 1 147m, this elegant restaurant effortlessly bridges the gap between the old and the new! In cosy traditional dining rooms, friendly and professional waitstaff serve dishes such as medium-rare topside of veal with coleslaw, pickled onions, chive cream and mustard gherkins, or pan-fried cod fillet with gremolata, asparagus, pea purée and gnocchi. The menu also features Zwiebelrostbraten (sirloin steak with crispy fried onions and gravy), schnitzel and other classics. The kitchen prioritises regional ingredients, and the water comes straight from the property's own mountain spring. The lovely guestrooms are done out in a modern, regional style.
