The menu features regional and seasonal dishes alongside Swiss classics such as "Züri Gschnätzlets – veal strips, creamy mushroom sauce, cognac, authentic Swiss rösti", reflecting the family's Graubünden roots. The daily specials are especially popular at lunch. The terrace is lovely in summer.
