On the first floor of the former monastery building, the "Modlersäle" provide a striking setting with high ceilings, beautiful stucco work and paintings – tastefully combining a period backdrop with clean contemporary interior design. The cuisine is modern in inspiration and guided by the seasons. The menu balances international flair with regional roots – the "grilled octopus, textures of chickpea, tomato salad, basil essence" or the "duo of beef – roasted entrecôte & praline of braised shoulder" are fine examples. On warm summer days, the terrace in the cloister garden is idyllic! Service is well-organised, professional and highly attentive. Simple yet charming and well-kept guestrooms are available for overnight stays.
