At this restaurant just a few steps from Plaza de Chamberí, the term they use to describe their cooking, namely “Bastard Italian Cuisine”, is a true statement of intent. Chef Dante Liporace, who spent several years in charge of the kitchen at the Casa Rosada (official residence of the President of Argentina) during the term of office of Mauricio Macri, showcases his highly personal vision of Italian-Argentinian cuisine, resulting in dishes that are always intense and striking. Despite its concise nature, the à la carte reflects Italian cooking that steps away from typical trattoria fare but without neglecting flavour.
