Named after Chef Tony Parkin’s daughter, this small and intimate restaurant sees him working as something of a one-man band in the kitchen, along with serving some of the dishes himself. His well-crafted tasting menu provides a showcase for Parkin’s skill and experience, boasting modern dishes infused with creativity and a variety of Asian influences. Thai-inspired hot and sour broth with squid is a prime example of his talents, while yuzu, white chocolate and Gariguette strawberries prove a winning combination for dessert.
