In addition to the à la carte menu, guests may choose from 4 tasting menus: “Gli esordi di papà Vittorio” (eight meat-based courses inspired by traditional recipes), “Dalla nostra campagna” (eight courses centered on vegetables from the estate garden and the Planet Farm), “Senza Confini” (twelve courses for a singular experience, guided by the chefs’ unfettered creative freedom), “Nella tradizione di Vittorio” (eight courses featuring fish and shellfish, prepared with the freshest market arrivals). The finale is elevated further by a superb cheese trolley and an array of sucreries to close the meal on a high note.
