Overlooking the port, this restaurant-cum-wine bar run by chef Edoardo Menna shines the spotlight on succulent Corsican dishes to share. The modern, designer interior is stylishly matched with elegant, vaulted ceilings. The food, focused on cherry-picked ingredients, casts a new light on regional produce by way of modern recipes: crispy spider crab, tartare of seabass in Cervione hazelnut crumble, traditional storzapretti or migliacciolu. Finish your meal on a high note with a clementine mousse and canistrelli (a sort of Corsican shortbread) or a fig-laced crème brûlée. Friendly, on-the-ball service.
