Perched high in the village, this charming 18C house is a haven of calm, whose unusual, terraced grounds showcase the produce of the kitchen garden. The restaurant is helmed by two young professionals with stints in starred establishments in Toulouse under their belt, who concoct delicate seasonal cuisine: gratin of artichoke with aromatic herbs and a chorizo emulsion; river trout from Condax fish farm and almond stuffing.
