For over half a century, the Valbuzzi family has preserved the spirit of this charming traditional restaurant, now in its third generation. The setting retains the warmth of tradition, with wooden tables, elegant furnishings and details that evoke the history of the place, while the summer veranda opens out onto a cool garden dominated by a striking sandstone wall. In the kitchen, the connection with the local area is reflected in a constantly evolving menu, which is updated several times a year to reflect the seasons and the availability of the finest local specialities. Alongside the great classics of the Valtellina tradition, such as the unmissable pizzoccheri, there is also room for more contemporary dishes, all of which are characterised by the high quality of their ingredients.
