Coxinendi — meaning ‘cooking’ in Sardinian — is the restaurant created by Davide Atzeni, a chef with a wealth of experience, who chose to leave the inland areas to set up shop right on the sandy shores of Poetto. Here, along this famous stretch of coastline beloved by the people of Cagliari and visitors to the city, the restaurant takes on a new dimension, bathed in the light and the breath of the sea.The stylistic signature remains as stated at the start of the menu: a cuisine that is “Sardinian, creative, free-spirited and unhurried”, capable of combining identity with creative freedom. To round off the experience, the spacious outdoor area invites you to enjoy your meal while gazing out towards Capo Sant’Elia.
