Having left its historic home in Caltagirone in 2024, Coria has relocated to the heart of Catania's historic centre, within a period palazzo. The interiors, enriched by red sofas, gilded details and works by Nunzio Fisichella dedicated to Etna, offer an atmosphere that is elegant and contemporary, accompanied by attentive and discreet service. The cuisine remains deeply rooted in Sicilian tradition, reinterpreted with refined technique and modern awareness without losing its balance. Three tasting menus are offered – Equilibrio, Origini and Magma – alongside the option of composing one's own menu from the à la carte. Among the most interesting dishes, the almond-filled Bottone, the Linguina with clams and mantis shrimp, and the Lamb "abbuttunatu come un'impanatigghia" stand out as examples of a cuisine that interprets the local area with elegance and personality. The wine list offers a broad selection ranging from Sicily across the whole of Europe.
