A small and impeccably tended bistrot in the heart of Arona’s historic centre, a few steps from the lakeside promenade, this venue distinguishes itself through a gastronomic proposal that is both personal and firmly rooted in the territory. In the kitchen, the chef and owner leads a seasonal menu that is lively and refined, bringing genuine sensitivity to the finest local produce.Among the dishes not to be missed, the “Condividere” antipasto, a sequence of small tastes recalling the Italian tradition of the shared starter: burrata with crunchy puntarelle and anchovies, a tartlet of Russian salad and lake bottarga, alongside other preparations designed to be enjoyed in good company. Front of house is today entrusted to Mattia Trentani, a professional of solid experience, who accompanies the balanced and contemporary experience with attentiveness and expertise.
