In a picturesque hilltop village in the Vaucluse, this stone building used to house a bakery. In summer, tables are laid out on a delightful terrace in the shade of a mulberry tree, overlooking the vineyards and Mt Ventoux. Inside, terracotta floor tiles, whitewashed walls and a large communal table make for a charming dining experience in winter. Every month, the concise menu changes, showcasing modern Provençal cuisine through fragrant, well-seasoned dishes, such as a beautiful pairing of tomato with Parmesan and panisse, or peach and apricot combined in an indulgent dessert. A spot that exudes sunshine.
