Prolific restaurateur Jason Atherton and Spencer Metzger, his partner from Row on 5, are behind this smart contemporary bistro named after Metzger’s late grandmother, Rosemary. The room hums with the buzz of contented diners enjoying the overtly French menu, which focuses on classics from a terrific pâté en croute to tournedos of beef ‘au poivre’.
