Mathilde is the daughter of Eric Jacquier, the legendary guardian of Lake Geneva’s fishing traditions. She has set up shop in this cheerful eatery in the heart of the village with a concrete counter, a glimpse of the kitchen through the hatch, off-kilter lighting, light wood bistro furnishings and a spacious shaded patio. Her concise slate menu resembles her spontaneous, playful and intuitive personality and stars local produce like fish from the lake (whitefish, Arctic char, etc.) and veg from small growers. We warrant you too will fall in love with its feel-good vibe!
