Founded by Marie Orsini, this family-run guesthouse continues to thrive under the stewardship of her nephew Pascal, in partnership with chef Sergio Risdonne. The premises also house a bar, tobacconist and Italian-Corsican delicatessen, plus a few rooms for overnight stays. Entry is via the bar terrace, then the shop, with its terrazzo flooring; at the rear is a shaded, bucolic terrace with wrought-iron tables and greenery. The concise menu proposes traditional Italian cuisine that is bursting with freshness: imported artisanal pasta, Corsican charcuterie in the sauces – think mezzi rigatoni alla carbonara with bulagna. Seasonal specials and the catch of the day are also available.
