In a particularly lovely location just a stone’s throw from the Lungomare Trieste, the restaurant welcomes guests via a gourmet boutique dedicated to the finest produce from Campania – the ideal introduction to a setting of refined charm. The long dining room, characterised by a successful balance between period details and contemporary design, features an open-plan kitchen and a well-stocked fish counter that sets the tone for the restaurant’s central theme. The colourful ceramics from Vietri help to define the restaurant’s identity, while the cuisine celebrates the sea through a wide selection of fish and seafood, prepared in a variety of ways inspired by the traditions of Campania. There is also plenty of space set aside for raw dishes.
