A long-standing family establishment overlooking the main square for over sixty years, and for much of its history devoted to banqueting, it has been redesigned by the younger generation – brothers and cousins – in a contemporary and elegant key. Today it presents itself as a bright and panoramic space, thanks to generous picture windows opening onto the surrounding landscape, where the kitchen is in the hands of Luca Adobati, a thirty-year-old with significant experience abroad. His proposal, vivid in colour and precise in flavour, follows the seasonality of the raw materials with rigour, and is articulated across a concise à la carte menu and a seven-course surprise tasting menu. Among the most convincing dishes, the amberjack accompanied by an aromatic mushroom trilogy, and the closing dessert: layered apple millefeuille, hay ice cream, and zabaione. At lunch during the week, a leaner business formula is also available. Summer evenings are further enhanced by a spectacular panoramic terrace from which the view stretches without limit.
