In an intimate setting reminiscent of the living room of a private residence, set along the picturesque Costarella staircase, Chef Rapisarda presents a creative yet refined cuisine, characterised by elegant nuances and a deep respect for the ingredients. The focus is on fish, showcasing its freshness, often accompanied by vegetables and herbs from the restaurant’s own garden, while still making the occasional foray into the world of meat.The menu is divided into three tasting menus – Classic, Purity and Indulgence with Balance – alongside an à la carte menu featuring a selection of the restaurant’s most representative dishes. Among the most impressive dishes, a refined seafood salad ‘sur les herbes’ and tagliolini with sea vegetables and clams, served with a beurre blanc flavoured with Timut pepper and sumac, stand out as a successful example of the balance between technique and character.During the summer season, booking is strongly recommended, particularly to secure one of the two tables on the small, romantic terrace, while other tables are set out along the picturesque staircase. Finally, please bear in mind that the car park is not immediately nearby.
