Nestled among the lush olive groves and citrus orchards that characterise the countryside around Francavilla Angitola, Luigi Lepore’s restaurant is situated within the Klopè complex, in an elegant and contemporary setting. The bright dining room, dominated by a large open-plan kitchen, is striking for the presence of two centuries-old olive trees housed within a glass structure – a distinctive feature that lends the space a strong sense of character. The culinary offering is structured around three tasting menus – Origins, Inspirations and Signature – comprising 5, 7 and 9 courses respectively, and designed to showcase the chef’s culinary vision.
