The menu features delicious, authentic cuisine, enriched by original ideas and carefully chosen ingredients. Alongside the regular menu, there are several ‘special dishes’ that stand out, such as the winter offerings featuring “bue grasso” (fat ox), sourced from animals selected specifically for the restaurant by a well-known butcher: a tribute to tradition interpreted with expertise and contemporary sensitivity.
