Víctor Ródenas, Marc García and Xavi Moragas, the trio in charge of the restaurant Maleducat, continue to strongly commit to their idea of what a good restaurant has to be. In this simple but cosy spot in the Eixample, a stone’s throw from Av. Diagonal, they cook up traditional cuisine with modern touches, which stands out both on the grill and in the soups and stews, always with very good daily recommendations based on seasonal products. What to order? We were especially surprised by the taste, texture and quality of the meat in their Coca de picanha madurada, with smoked yolk and cured Mahón cheese.
