If the prospect of eating in a typical Asturian “chigre” (cider bar) appeals to you, this unpretentious and authentic restaurant, located just a few miles from Mieres in the small parish of Turón and run by the third generation of the family, is a good option. Here you will find a small à la carte with homemade dishes based on the products of the day, usually slow-cooked, as well as a complete market menu. Everything is delicious so you can choose whatever you like, but we recommend you start with their famous ham croquettes and make sure you save space for dessert – you’ll adore the cream-filled millefeuille!
