This tasteful, elegant restaurant is located in a building that was originally erected in 1913 to house a department store and later converted into the Carlton Elite hotel. The cuisine is classic and sophisticated and includes an appealing à la carte selection of dishes, such as beef tartare, Zürcher Kalbs-Geschnetzeltes ("Zurich-style creamy veal ragout"), cheese ravioli and crêpes Suzette. Additionally, there is a quick lunch option. On Saturdays, the popular brunch draws a crowd – diners can also opt for the regular menu or the lunch set menu. The impressive wine list features premium rare picks served by the glass.
