This lively little restaurant in a residential neighbourhood in District 4 is typical of Zurich's bistro scene. The pleasingly uncomplicated cuisine is freshly prepared with great care and a strong focus on flavour. Highlights from the small à la carte selection include "smoked char ceviche, baby cucumbers & herb salad" or "grilled skirt steak, roasted peppers & basil". There is also a well-curated wine list, plus cocktails, mocktails and a fine selection of vermouths. The interior has a modern urban feel, with distinctive touches including pastel green walls and a pink ceiling, as well as a dining counter facing the kitchen and a long central table. Alongside seating at high tables, there are also a few standard tables. Worth knowing: This is the sister restaurant of Silex.
