Located in the centre of town, next to the Town Hall, it is one of those restaurants that connect you with the terroir. Behind its neat stone façade lies a small bar area (with a space where you can buy local products) and, up some stairs, the cosy main dining room, with a neat modern regional atmosphere (there is also a semi-private dining room). Award-winning chef Miguel Ángel Expósito, who continues to shine with his haute cuisine proposal at the nearby Retama restaurant (in Torrenueva, just over 30 km away), here opts for a sincere seasonal regional cuisine, through a small à la carte and a tasting menu. Our recommendation? When booking, ask if the tables by the windows overlooking the square are available!
