The location right next to an art gallery could not be more fitting, as creativity is very much at the heart of this restaurant too. The chic, modern interior is all curved lines, with the creatively designed ceiling as its centrepiece. Pale tones and the sleek design of the tables and chairs lend the space a Nordic feel. In the kitchen, which is completely open to view, bold modern dishes with Italian and regional influences are prepared using carefully selected premium ingredients. The agnolotti with braising jus and brown butter foam are simply superb. A tasting menu is served in the evening – choose how many courses you would like when making your reservation. The welcoming atmosphere owes much to the proprietress, the head chef's sister, who runs the dining room with effortless grace. A bar is also part of the concept, with cocktails and mocktails playing an integral role in the culinary experience. Tip: Take your aperitif with you as you wander through the art gallery, which is directly connected to the restaurant. During the summer months, the intimate courtyard terrace is especially inviting.
