You can expect rich dishes that star ingredients such as suave foie gras, intense truffle-flavoured pasta and a cut of Limousin beef crafted with textbook perfection and served with a béarnaise sauce of such depth that it will knock your socks off. The lunchtime and set menus are very popular.
