A word to the wise: be sure to book, as this really appealing restaurant is always busy! Housed in a former railway station building dating from 1903, it has a relaxed, contemporary feel with plenty of industrial charm – and the food is excellent. Attentive, relaxed yet professional service ensures everything runs smoothly. The four- or seven-course set menu changes with the seasons and is based predominantly on regional ingredients. An enthusiastic team skilfully prepares dishes such as Hohenlohe beef with beans and chimichurri in the open kitchen – diners seated at the counter have a good view of the action. The well-chosen wine list has a strong regional emphasis.
