Overlooking the evocative Lake Annone, the restaurant at Bianca Relais captivates from the very first glance thanks to its expansive panoramic windows, which frame sunsets of rare beauty as the sun slips slowly behind the gentle outline of the surrounding hills. An elegant and refined setting, ideal for an emotionally resonant gastronomic experience. At the helm of the kitchen is chef Filippo Oggioni, previously awarded a Michelin Star at Vecchio Ristoro in Aosta, who presents a creative and refined proposal articulated across three “blind” tasting menus: one dedicated to the plant world, one centred on freshwater fish, and a third that follows the inspiration and seasonality of the market. Completing the journey is a young, well-trained and attentive front-of-house team. For a more informal approach, the Drop Restaurant & Lounge Bar offers a versatile and contemporary alternative, with an all-day menu served continuously from midday to ten in the evening, perfect for any moment of the day.
