This modern venue at Europahafenkopf is on point with its combination of a restaurant and wine bar. Alongside good food, an extensive wine list is part of the concept, and the rotating wine dispenser is a unique feature. It contains over 50 wines, from which you can pour your favourites yourself using a prepaid card – as a taster portion, half or full glass. The contemporary-style cuisine ranges from beef tartare and skrei to braised Ibérico pork cheeks, caviar, or simple nibbles to accompany your wine. In addition to the à la carte selection, there is a pair of three-course set menus, one of which is vegetarian. The service is refreshingly straightforward, warm and pleasantly personal, with excellent wine advice included. Getting there: it takes about 20min by tram from the city centre.
