Ballyfin Demesne is a spectacular, lovingly restored Regency-era manor house that screams luxury at every turn. The opulence continues into the dining room, where guests enjoy fittingly attractive dishes that showcase superb ingredients and impressive depth of flavour, as evidenced by the likes of Jerusalem artichoke cream with chicken jelly and Rossini Gold caviar. Start with a drink in the sumptuous sitting rooms or orangery which, together with charming service, complete the rather special picture.
