Midway between Umag and Novigrad, in the fishing village of Lovrečica, stands Badi, a restaurant opened in 1986 and managed ever since by the Badurina-Badi family. Its reputation rests above all on fish: the protagonist of classic, simple dishes that celebrate the quality of the catch. Among the specialities, the langoustines, brodetto Badi, sea bass in a bread crust and preparations “alla busara” are the highlights. The wine list offers Istrian labels alongside a selection of Italian wines.
