This restaurant is housed in a converted 19C coaching inn opposite the medieval castle. The tight-knit chef-sommelier team at the helm have pooled their gourmet skills. The chef carefully crafts local ingredients and freshly caught fish to create mouthwatering dishes in a regularly changing à la carte menu. The team’s dedication to working from scratch cannot fail but impress, because, apart from the wonderful bread from the local baker, everything from the exquisite appetiser to the tempting dessert is made in-house.
